"I love cycle gear but the shipping could use some work! Twice I made a purchase and it says ships the next day but it took a week to ship on both orders! The first order I had to go to the local store to check on the order. They called customer service and then they processed the order to ship. Instead of 3 days the order took 2.5 weeks to receive!"
