"I would highly recommend using this company. We received exceptional service! I booked the wrong date by mistake and when the driver called me to say he was there to pick us up, I told him it was supposed to be the next day. They changed the day for me at no charge, even though he was already waiting at our pick-up location. The driver the next day came early and told us to take our time and he would wait for us. We had a family member with a scooter and he graciously helped get her into and out of the van, as well as our 8 large luggage and scooter. Our driver was so helpful and personable! We really enjoyed our ride to the port. I will definitely use them again in the future."
