"I took a 60 year old Browning A5 Light 20 that was not ejecting to Frank. He asked the right questions, and listened. Very polite, and seemed knowledgeable. Within 3 hours Frank called me and told me the shotgun had a broken extractor. He ordered the parts and a week later, gun was fixed. Super pleased, especially with Frank's professionalism. Everyone in the shop was nice too. So this is review #1. So far, great experience. The shotgun will go to the dove field very soon. After it rocks&rolls like I know it will, I will update the review."

"Edited---below are two chains pictured that i bought. One a cuban link and the other is a Mariner. Oh and i do belive that it your display case in the picture too!!! Please work on your customer service. I do not recommend silver spring pawn. Called looking for information about a necklace I perched because I wanted something bigger. I got an attitude from a guy I think his name is jack said he couldn't help me and he didn't have time to help me. A better response would've been I don't have time now to help but I could get your info and look it up later. I'll take my hard earned money and shop where people are more helpful and polite. I called on 10-6 and got the same treatment I don't feel very welcome as a previous customer. All they had to say was if you paid with cash we don't keep records of cash payment. Also Steven was the one that sold me the necklace and matching bracelet from there. Maybe some costumer service training is needed to help the employees better help their costumers."
