On the supposed official greyhound site, I could not fill out form for departure nor destination, only listing major cities. Very untrustworthy for a female traveling alone in the United States of America!!"

"The worst service for travel. I booked a trip from Ocala to Miami. Once the bus arrived I could find a seat available. Everyone was using seats for bags so I had to start asking people if they can move bags for me to seat down. Once we arrived to Orlando they made us unload the bus for cleaning and for some reason the bus were not on sight for a while. When we arrived to Miami, my luggage was lost and nobody responsible for anything. Nobody from the company answers for anything that happened. Never using this service again. Very irresponsible people."
