"Worst fast food experience ever. This is the first review I have ever written. Came in at 8:45pm the hours posted says they close at ten. Workers groaned as we walked in. We were not greeted but rather we heard I’m locking the doors. From there we just wanted to order and leave. Employees did not tell us that they would use the scraps that are left instead of cooking our food. My chicken sandwich which is 8 dollars was two chicken strips cover in mayo. My son’s chicken nuggets were ripped up chicken fingers. The sodas tastes bitter and like straight carbonated water. The food seemed like the workers intentionally made our food bad to spite us coming in while they’re trying to close everything down. If you’re going to close down an hour before you close then fix your hours and explain that to the customer. This is the worst fast food chain ever."

"I don’t leave bad reviews very often especially not for fast food but I literally just had a roach crawl out of my bag within 1 minute of receiving my food. I was in there about a month ago and I poured Mountain Dew into a cup and black stuff blew into my drink cup."

"Sunday night I had a craving for KFC so I placed a mobile order. KFC closed at 10, I placed the order a bit before 9, arrived there at 9:12. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman at the counter who said “Who didn’t lock the doors?” The kitchen was completely cleaned, even though they didn’t close for another 45 minutes. I told them that I was there to pick up a mobile order and she looked at her monitor which showed that they had in fact received my order. She pointed out almost everything in the order except for a couple of sides saying that she did not have those anymore. I asked for a refund and she told me she was unable to give me one and directed me to call customer service. I spent the next 15 minutes on the line with customer service until they directed me to the refund department who initially hung up on me as soon as I was connected. I called again and this time was told I may not even be eligible for a refund even though I’d paid for food and didn’t receive any of it. Eventually after multiple trips inside the KFC to confirm details about store number and 30 minutes on the phone I did get my refund. Why allow people to order before 9 if you’re practically going to close an hour early (at least!)? If it’s policy to close up early then close at 9 when you stop making food."

"I get a 2 Pc breast meal and it's dry hard over cooked and the "2nd piece" a wing I think is ridiculously small and gross. This KFC always sucks!socks! And omg get NEW MANAGEMENT for the love of god!"
