"What a great shop! I bought a new Mongoose online and it was delivered only partially assembled. I decided it was best to find a professional to do the assembly for obvious safety reasons. I did some research. I live in Wilton Manors so being in Hollywood, Big Wheel was not my first choice on paper. After making several calls and general inquiries I decided this was going to be worth the drive. And was it ever worth the drive! I got there at 3:30 on a Busy Saturday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait but no worries. To me that is a good sign that they were busy. Plus I could tell there were lots of regulars and I could tell the staff paid much attention to each persons individual needs. Despite how busy it was, they seemed calm friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t seem to rush anyone. I fully expected the gentleman who helped me that I would have to wait at least until Monday to pick up my back. He said he would try to push it through and he was a man of his word.. I picked up my beautiful new mountain bike at 6:30. It was expertly assembled. They even put the owners manual on the handlebars as if I had purchased the bike from them. The icing was the price was so reasonable. I was going to try it myself, bit honestly the cost of the tools I needed was much more than the price they charged me. I know because I had shopped it the night before. Now I plan to go back Monday for some accessories, a helmet, maybe some cool Oakley sunglasses. They have it all. I will continue to make the drive as this is now my go to store for all things bike related. Put this place at the top of your list. I highly recommend it. It was so good that I was inspired to write this review. That’s a rarity for me..."
