"The merchandise is okay but the owners get annoyed everytime you touch a t shirt. Today I unfolded a couple to look at the size and I very neatly re-folded The owner came over and literally scolded me for unfolding the shirt. I would not shop there. Owners are unreasonable and not very nice."

"HORRIBLE, RASIST, NASTY!!! AVOID IT ! We experienced extremely hostile and openly racist behavior from the management, particularly a cashier wearing a Star of David necklace, during our visit to a large shop in Hollywood Beach, Florida, on December 28, 2023. Despite calling the police, we only received a reluctant apology. Shockingly, subsequent 350 !!! online reviews revealed similar negative experiences from various nationalities. To address this, I've submitted a Consumer Complaint Form to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, aiming to prevent further harm to potential tourists in renowned Florida destinations. This establishment is undeniably a stain on the reputation of top-tier destinations in Florida, USA!"

"Worst store on the beach. The Rent a cop Michael has little man syndrome & is on a power trip & aggressive with woman & children! Beware- do not go to this store. He got in a 8 year olds face, telling her to put a toy away that I was walking to the register to buy. He then yelled at me to be quiet & listen to him! While the store clerk stood by & did nothing. He shooed us out the store & taunted us at the door- yelling to leave, even as we walked away. Many other tourist stores to choose from on strip. Do not shop here!!!! Unless you want to be harassed by an aggressive boy with a receding hairline!"

"The manager of this store is the exact opposite of who you should hire in a retail position. No customer service, yelling at staff and dripping sarcasm. I have shopped here many times in the past but never encountered this witch before. I can assure you I will never return. By the way, I shared my experience with all my fellow condo owners just down the broadwalk from this store."

"Beware of FAKE sales! I talked to the lady (owner) about the special on photo. She said it is by mistake they did not put a sticker hats not included. But I checked later in couple of days and nobody add those stickers she mentioned. They do it on purpose to trick customers."
