"Never in my life have a been treated this way as a customer. On Dec 11 I ordered $900 worth of lift equipment (for an urgent situation) with shipment time frame that stated the latest would Saturday Dec 17. When it still hadn’t shipped on Tuesday 12/13 I contacted the place and they said that if I want it by the agreed Saturday date, I need to pay another $80 to expedite… because they failed to ship it on time. He said that I should be aware that shipping companies don’t count Saturdays… but the estimated shipping time frame literally had Saturday as the LATEST date. He told me that gives him a leeway until Monday… I work Monday-fri so receiving this during the week doesn’t help me with my emergency. I said I would meet them halfway and pay $40 to get it by the agreed upon date (although I should not have) and he told me I need to pay at least $50. I agreed and provided my card information. I also let him know my dismay with the situation to which the gentlemen told me he didn’t like what I was implying (bait and switch on the delivery date) and he was going to cancel my order. They totally screwed me. Glad they don’t need or value my business. I will never order anything from this company again. No respect for customers."

"Purchased a Bare Mens EXOWEAR Full Zip Jacket thru Amazon. When the item arrived I noticed a tear near the top of the zipper, which I documented with several photos prior to returning. When I received my refund I was charged a $79.98 "restocking fee". I was shocked that I was charged for a damaged item sent to me by the merchant and that they intend to "restock" the item and still attempt to sell it. Amazon overrode the shop's "restocking fee" and refunded 100% of my money (Thank you to Amazon) but I thought the Vendor's policy was outrageous and unwarranted. UPDATE: Owner claims suit was in perfect condition when shipped. I order approx 300 items on Amazon a year. This is the FIRST time anyone has shipped me damaged goods and then tried to scam me. I ended up having to purchase elsewhere at a slightly higher cost, it would make no sense for me to deliberately damage a product just so I can return it and buy it somewhere else at a higher cost. I have no doubt you have run this con on other people and that you intend to resell that damaged suit multiple times and charge a $79 restocking fee to every single one of those unsuspecting people. You are a dishonorable business person."
