"Amazing place drove all the way from boca to come here . The customer service is out of this world and the owner is truly a gem. My son bought 2 rods came home so excited and I unfortunately broke the tip of one trying to bend it , but i pushed in the wrong way And snap..There it went he was devastated and he never even put it in the water .So i called and I was praying they had another one like it.. after explaining to the owner what happened and having a dumb laugh with me, not only was he willing hold another rod so i can replace the one i broke .I'm getting the one I broke fixed also . Truly a company and customer service worth every mile driving too. Thanks so much again."

"This is a late post. I visited The Rod Room 12-06-2022. This is a small shop but it is packed with quality rods (and everything else). The owner was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I spent quite a bit of time there making sure I got the rod I wanted."

"The owner Christopher was amazing inviting and beyond knowledgeable not only about fishing but the whole industry. Explained taught and shared knowledge. He also had things we haven’t been able to find anywhere else in Florida right now! There are a maybe 8-10 shops like his from palm beach to key west. The rod shop is where I will be going from here on out and in from Fort Lauderdale. Never got the attention and help I did like when I was here. The rod shops around ft lauderdale don’t even talk to you unless you’re dropping a ton of cash. Fishing snobs! Christopher treated us better than any other custom shop we’ve ever been too! He had more than any other. And we did get more than we did for our money than any other shop! And we bought alot!!!! And we will be back. We have a shop one block away from our house. Walking distance. And another shop about three blocks away in Fort Lauderdale. Neither a candle to the rod shop!!!!!!"
