"It all started great from people to inventory… the owner and wife spoke to me about purchasing a firearm that at the time they just received a P365Xl Spectre. Beautiful gun. They sold me on their layaway program “you’ll find nothing like it and we do it for our local customers because they strive on the local market”. At the time I expressed a concern of time due to me traveling out of country and they assured me with “no worries, you can pay a dollar a day and we will hold it for you, it can take 2/3 years and we will work with you” at that point I thought I found the best option for me at the time. Fast forward, I arrive back in the states and take a friend of mines to purchase a firearm as he was looking for one and my raves about this place were the first things that came out my mouth and I can also finish the process for my firearm. Unfortunately, the owner let me know that they had switched systems and no longer had the firearm. Tough pill but it was what it was. Still interested in giving my business to the store,I asked about the deposit in a sense that I left and if I could just simply put that towards a different firearm and was told the entire portion wouldn’t be available but that he’d will honor 50% of the deposit so I was grateful. That brings us to today… Couple weeks later after researching what firearm to go for, I arrive ready and was again greeted by a great staff but after a quick convo I’m told the owner knowing the situation and contradicting what his initial words were… was no longer going to offer any recoup of what was initially placed as a deposit ..$550 dollars gone. Bad business. Sucks I even brought in friends to purchase from y’all… so much being for the locals"

"A one stop shop for firearms. Staff is extremely knowledgeable with firearms and they truly enjoy what they do. They swapped out the mag catch on my 43x about 6 months ago to accommodate the Gen-2 15 round mag, completed that in about 15 minutes and gave my gun a nice cleaning. Recently purchased a Class III firearm from them and they made the process extremely easy. They do all the ATF paperwork and fingerprinting in house, as well as setup your gun trust. Ebony was great to work with and methodical with the paperwork. Buying NFA item always seemed like a daunting process from what I would read online but We Kick Brass made it effortless."
