"I reserved a hitting bay for an hour but when I showed up they told me there was a wait. When I told them I reserved a bay and showed them my email confirmation they said it's on a first come first served basis and the email doesn't matter. What's the point of booking online then? The bay itself was okay and had everything needed to practice. I will return but let this be a heads up for those who look to schedule online, you may end up in the same situation as I was."

I was lucky enough to be scheduled for a fitting with Austin Broady, their Fitting Van expert. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
