"Laura P. delivered phenomenal customer service etiquette. We felt like we were the only customers in the store as she lent us her time willingly as we did back to school clothes shopping. She even helped us match outfits for my 15 year old and it just so happens that she went to the same high school but he’s going to so it made him very excited and eager to go to school. Thank you Laura pay for all of your wonderful kindness. We will be back to Zumiez. Very very soon."

"I don't see anybody responding to these Google reviews. I need someone (an adult) in charge to contact me. This store is loud like a club and ran by kids that don't pay attention to their customers. I returned a hat yesterday. The cashier processed my return & started helping another customer. Never gave me my receipts. I took them from her register & left. Now I see she did a return for the shirt and not the hat I handed to her. The hat costed more!! I also would like to know how long it will take for the refund to process. I guess I would've been given this info IF she had finished the transaction with me instead of abrubtyly going on to another customer."

"They have a lot of nice clothes, but it is pretty expensive, so if you go make sure you have at least 40$ to get two things. They are high quality and wellmade, though, so it makes sense why the prices are so extreme. They have a little bit of a skateboard selection which is cool because the store is pretty small."
