"Super sweet off ice trainer, used in garage and around neighborhood, highly suggest purchasing for increased puck handling skills and receiving/giving passes."
"XenoPucks best attribute is that they’re the exact same weight as a regulation black puck. My son broke so many other off ice training pucks which slid nice but were very light and not durable. This one is the best of both worlds. Proper weight but slides very well on smooth surfaces. Very durable and well made. Excellent product for roller players or ice players looking to train off ice. Highly recommend."
"When I was told this puck is the same exact weight and size AND glides as smooth as a puck on ice I thought there was no way it could be true. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how amazing this puck is! The perfect puck for off ice training, even glides great on a bumpy street. Way better than the biscuits because you can actually shoot these pucks without them breaking on you! Truly a great product and business ran by great people. 10/10"
"One of the best training tools for playing outside. Best on smoother outdoor surfaces. It obviously slides way better than a puck but green biscuits are still superior. It depends on your preference but even though the Xenopuck is the same weight as a regular puck, it doesn't give you the same feel of weight: Ice is smoother than concrete therefore pucks slide faster and easier on ice, where as concrete is more resistant and not as forgiving. Therefore, not exactly the same feeling as a puck on ice, but still a great training tool to work on getting harder shots! Better for training than the green biscuits since the biscuits are super light compared to a puck. What's preventing me to give 5 stars is that there's no grip on the side like an ice puck and you still need to have a pretty smooth surface to use them to their potential."
"I've used the Xenopucks product for about a year now. The Xenopuck has the same weight / size / feel of an on-ice puck on concrete surfaces. It's also a really great tool for improving stickhandling / shootings skills off-ice, which is great for players who don't have the time or money to get on the ice too often. The best areas I've found to practice stickhandling / shooting would be concrete parks with fences to shoot on. I would highly recommend the puck for folks looking to improving their hockey skills off-ice. However there are a few important points that I feel are very important to highlight: 1. The pucks have a tendency to roll and continue rolling for a long time 2. The pucks have a tendency to ricochet, and in combination with #1, means you may lose a few pucks or have to run after them fast in order to recover them 3. If you shoot the puck against solid concrete surfaces, for example the base of a chain-link fence in a concrete park, you may accidentally break the puck in two. I don't even know how to replicate this; it just randomly happens after days of repeated shooting practice. Because of this, I would recommend making a purchase of 5 pucks at a time - that way if you lose a puck or two, you can continue training without being too impacted. Overall, I really think this is a great product for those looking to improve their hockey skills."
