"After shopping all Florida I had a deal with Mathew at Tampa Bay PowerSports, the efficiency and clear communication was great. The manager Mark also follow all the process and then they gave me a fair deal. The excellent communication was what made me drive 6+ hrs round trip to get a Honda CRF 300L. Highly recommend !"
"I was in today, Cyber Monday around 3-4pm thinking it would be a great day to buy a bike. I came from Lakeland just to visit this store. I was greeted immediately by a guy who was on a computer who asked if he could help me. I said I had never been in and was seeing what they had. He said, “Okay” and stayed at the computer as I went to the back, because I was really looking for someone to come up and talk to me, but that never happened. Later, he did get up to help another customer - who came in after I did. After another salesman finished with a watercraft customer, he asked if he could help me as he headed toward the front. I don’t think he stopped moving while he asked. I asked if I could sit on the Rebel. He said yes and I never saw him again. I didn’t get to ask if I could try the Eliminator also because he left so quickly, so I helped myself (I always ask). I tried the Rebel, and then went to the Eliminator I came for. I had a concrete offer in an email on my phone from another dealer and I wanted to ask if they would like to compete with that offer. If so and they beat it, I would ride out of there with my new bike. There was still no one around, and I’m not going to a counter to ask if they will please take my money. I was already prepared with Kawasaki financing and knew I had 45 days prior to a payment being due. I spent about 10 minutes (alone) trying the two bikes and taking photos. I didn’t need photos; I was taking them to get noticed, but that didn’t work. I was there for the gray Eliminator ABS that I was sitting on, but no one seemed to want to sell it to me. I didn't say that when I walked in because I want to know how I will be treated, and I want to deal with someone I click with. I was asked 3 times if I needed help over about 15 minutes, but only when I went by them, or they went by me. No one came up to me to ask why I was there or if there was anything specific I was looking for, or if I had any questions after trying 2 of their bikes with no assistance. They were not unfriendly, but kind of short. I need a little bit more when $8,000 is on the line. I did not feel uncomfortable, but I did not feel like my business was important either. With no interest in me and basically ignored, I decided to leave. On my way out, no one said, “Thanks for stopping in”, or, "Did you find what you were looking for"? No one spoke to me at all. "Can I help you" was the only thing said to me. I doubt anyone spends that much time in a bike store without a reason. I’m showing photos so you’ll know I was standing there, moving around between them, taking photos and still didn’t get any attention. It was so obvious I was interested in these bikes and with me looking around as I was, I can't explain it. I hope the owner checks out the tape to see everything happened exactly as I'm telling you. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d go up to someone and say something like this: “Hi, I see you’ve been in here for quite a while now and I wanted to let you know that I see you and if you need space, that’s cool. But I saw you looking really good on that Eliminator and the Rebel and I saw you taking pictures. So if you have questions or need anything at all, my name is Jonny and I’d like to be the one to help you out. I can take photos for you on each one, so you can see how you look if you want, I do it all the time. Again, I’m Jonny, and what was your name? Well it’s nice to meet you and thanks for giving us a chance today. I like these bikes too and, by the way, have you ridden either one before”? I don’t think you’ll hear anything like that here. You’re going to have to ask them to buy something, because they probably won’t ask you. I’m not upset with them, but wish I hadn’t driven that far, but at least I know now, so that's good. I wasn’t just shopping for a bike; I already knew what I wanted. I was shopping for a dealership to buy one. How many people like me do they let walk out? I'm giving one extra star, because they already paid a significant price for letting me leave, and now this blemish for telling you about it."
"I called TB Powers Sports and spoke with Tom Morrissey about what quads I was interested (2 Brute 300s and 1 KFX90). Shortly thereafter I headed to the store to take a look. He showed me the quads and then we spoke numbers. Within a short time we came to a very fair price for all 3 with help from Mark. I honestly did not expect to make a purchase that day, but I could not pass up the opportunity. After that, Bryan Valiente knocked out all the closing paperwork quickly. We could not be any happier with our experience at Tampa Bay Power Sports. Very professional dealership with a lot of experience. We will certainly be back when our son out grows his 90. Thanks again for a great customer experience. I see why they have 4.5 stars on google with 1278 reviews. - Chris and Sarah"
"Brendan was fast and professional. I would highly recommend him if you ever visit Tampa Bay Power Sports. Walked out the door with my first ever e-bike. Thanks Brendan!"
"Just got my spyder F3s from there and I’m loving it! After doing a little research I knew that this was the only place in the Bay I wanted to go! Thanks to manager, Chad who helped me out by letting service team go above and beyond to get me going. Rep Jose was also extremely helpful and patient the entire 7 months I’d been looking for new ride! The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with everything! Would definitely recommend anyone looking to go check them out!"
