In this country, people are busy and don't have time to be traveling to Miami, (missing work, dealing with traffic, etc.), only to get there and be told by your inefficient, can't pickup a dang phone to call people, we'll just let them waste all their time and money to come here anyway), staff: "oh sorry, the computer system has been down all day; nothing we can do to help you". Seriously? Get with the program!!!! Learn to notify people. Maybe use this "new thing" called the Internet and make things available online, IDK! Ugh!!!!!"
