"It's a clean bright modern location and I was the the only one there twice so no waiting line. Phone calls are a typical nightmare to get through so I couldn't even get an appointment. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. The receptionist Anushka made me feel at home and guided me, as well as the main receptionist Riva Hosein. He helped me both times as though it wasn't only his job, but his own responsibility. He had a lot of patience and gave me tips on my missing report and advice. Patrovani and Tara helped me next with all my documents. Patrovani was strict and knowledgable and she ensured my whole process was completed on the spot so I'm hugely grateful. Taru was a kind ally who softened the dialogue and helped me with my details. In the end it was an alright ordeal even with social anxiety. The waiting for passport return is lengthy but I trust it will be done. (4weeks)"
