"If you order any firearms from their online store, DO NOT get them shipped to the Lake Wales store! Their system is never up and running. Take’s forever for them to find your order. Their customer service is an absolute joke! Next time I order from them online, I’ll pay the $30 dollars for the FFl transfer fee to get my gun shipped to Lead Feather where they take great care of all their customers."

"Ordered a gun from them and a month later still don't have it. I called them this morning and was told not to bother them until I get a notification from them. Guy said they take about a week after they receive it to get it checked in. Mentioned that I won't order again and he told me " that's fine " pretty sad that companies are so desperate for employees that they are allowed to tell customers that they really don't want our business"
