"I had never been to Miami and heard only raving reviews about La otra. I got in contact with one of the managers, Gustavo and he was very hospitable. When I got to La otra to celebrate my bday, he did not disappoint! The ambience was great and so were the people! I had an amazing night to remember! Thank you La Otra!"

"We had an open bar booked for a large group. The staff was quite rude and they only had 3 bartenders to service more than 150 of us at the event. I will say, the bartenders were not slacking off, but the service quality could definitely use some work. You just feel a little ripped off."

"40 dollar a person cover. Completely empty club. A tourist trap for sure. Per owners response, dont come here on Thursday till 2am unless you wanna spend 30 dollars a drink waiting for hours, wondering if you have died and gone to some empty purgatory and wondering why you paid such a high cover so early. Nice sound system though."

"I really had fun before in this place But this last time i went. I paid 2 bottles and I never got a server. After 30 minutes being at the table they brought the bottles and the server didn’t do anything. My friend served all the drinks. And around 5 am they took everything away without even telling me. What a bad service! I’m really dissatisfied."
