"Don’t waste your time. Door is always locked and when you call they will only come if they have a guaranteed sale. Defeats the entire purpose of a store front. If you call they will tell you they will send someone to the store if it’s worth it. If not you are out of luck. Would highly recommend ordering from different online store fronts"

"My son has been wanting an upgrade from his Razor scooter since he got to try out a Lucky scooter at our local skate park. My wife and I decided to surprise him and take him to this shop. We were greeted by Catherine who was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the perfect scooter for my son. My son then wanted to add some custom wheels and parts to his scooter in which she installed on his scooter. She explained everything in detail as far as maintenance and how to swap things out in the future. My wife then ended up getting a scooter and Catherine was helpful in picking the right scooter for her needs and then helped install custom wheels and parts on hers. I couldn't be left out in these shenanigans, so I decided to get a scooter as well and got custom parts added to mine. Catherine was very helpful, friendly, and made our shopping experience great! We were in there joking around, trying out different scooters, and overall had a great time in the shop. She went over and above to tend to us and even made accommodations to facetime us so we can see what she has at the shop since we live about 1.5 hours away. We'll definitely be back to buy additional parts!"

"Went today during normal business hours and they were closed. Called the number on the door (states to call if door is locked during normal business hours), owner asked what I needed, told her my son needs parts. She says she’d take the 10 min to come open the shop “if I made it worth her while.” Seriously? You’re a business owner and ANY customer, no matter how much they spend, should be considered “worth your while.” Shows up to open the door, takes a look at my sons scooter that I spent $80 on and says “you need a new scooter.” Yeap. First words out of her mouth. The one I bought him was apparently not up to her standards. My 12 y/o ended up spending $50, so I hope the 10 min of the owners time was worth it. Entire time we were there, she kept talking like his current scooter was a piece of $hi& and tried relentlessly to sell him a $200 scooter. We will definitely NOT be coming back. And to the owner reading this, no one checks store hours on a website. Update your hours in Google when you won’t be in the shop that day. Sorry for inconveniencing you and your business."
