"Kameel got me riding again! Sounds crazy but I was almost afraid to get on my bike. Riding my normal 20 mile training route (1 hour), I suddenly started getting saddle soars. "I had my second fit today and it was fantastic! The first time I went, Coach Kameel, made several adjustments to my shifters, seat, and cleats and suggested some different size components. He also made some suggestions on my riding posture and position. Correcting my hand and arm position helped so much. I rode for a while with the adjustments and felt instant relief and comfort. When I had the new components installed, the shifters didn’t make it back to the same spots Kameel had them so I started having some pains and discomfort. "From my experience with Kameel I can tell you that it has been excellent; He took the time to learn about my cycling aspirations, state of health and purpose of the fitting; Once done, he recommended four different brands of bicycles and once purchased there was a second adjustment session.
