"Such nice people! The manager Brett and employee Gabriel were a pleasure to work with. I demoed a couple of tennis racquets and then decided to buy 2 of the Tecnifibre TF40 315s because I loved it so much! Within 24 hours Brett was able to get me 2 from their Miami location, and had them strung for me so I can have them in time for my next match. I'll definitely be returning for all my tennis gear. "Been here multiple times over the years since the shop I used to go to closed in South Tampa and always had a good experience except today. Went in the get new grips and a pair of shoes. Got little to no help looking at the shoes and had to ask multiple times to get my size to try on, I find a pair I like, it's on sale and bring it to the register while I get grips, can of balls, and look at some apparel while they quickly regrip my racquet for me. We get to checkout and come to find out the shoes I had picked that had the price shown below them on sale were not on sale and the shoes were in the wrong spot. Had someone been there helping me in the shoe section this might have been noticed sooner but they then refused to match the price they had them labelled as and gave us attitude. One of the employees had a customer call in and ask for an specific employee and they told the other associate to tell them that they weren't there cause they didn't want to help them. There was 2 customers in the store with 3 associates and it felt like none of us were getting help unless going out of out way to ask for it multiple times. I won't be returning here after this experience, very bad way to represent themselves."
