"If I could review with no stars I would. I brought my nephew for 1pm appt. and were here til well after they closed. To think we even got there 30 minutes early to be safe and a worker with a nasty attitude said to come back at 1. She was rude to other people that there were there also. I will make the extra 30 to 60 minute trip to Miami rather than deal with this again. Highly unprofessional. These Guatemalan citizens pay for these services it is not free. Either get new people that know how to work with people or close the office because this is beyond crazy. Rude people!"

"I made appointment specialy for this location because i needed my passport the same day. They waited 2 days before my appointment to tell me that they having a problem with immigration that they are having a delay. When got to the office waited in one line for 1hr and 30mins. One of the lady when i ask her if there was any possiable i can my passport as soon as possiable rude lady tell me you should done it 6 months before expired. Than when i finally reach to the front and gave all my documents and payment ask them if they could give me estime time. They stated they cannot give me no date or no number where i can call to follow up. For a 11AM appointment i was out until 2:30PM. This office is unprofesional."

"If you call there is no answer and if they answer there is no appointment by Phone just on line and and You have to do it at 8:00 -9 ….. my question is what happened if a person can use or don’t have access to computers…? not everyone can use them.. if you are not attended just by going there you guys at least should let ppl have the appointment by phone."
