"They disappeared after our family member was deported in September 2023. My families experience with Mr. Heberto & Ms. Evelyn was horrible, and I pray they do not handle another family as insincere as they did mine. We trusted this firm as for we had little knowledge of our situation, so we payed $3,500 for them to help us as they stated they could. During the process of trying to submit motions, there was a HUGE lack of communication, they would always be “to busy with other cases” to take a call or meet. At one point it took them over a week to return or answer a call. They did not submit the said motions in the time frames they said they would. Due to their lack of effort, or care ultimately our family member was deported with no real understanding. Afterwards, they had very little empathy toward our situation so we were left distraught still seeking answers.
