"Not one worker knows what's going on in this store, lazy!! I find all the workers there are very lazy and do not want to do there job or no one actually knows what job they want to do, when asking to purchase the kennel doors that are out side I was told to go outside and see if they are there I explained that I just came back from there and the doors are closed and locked, then the lady starts TELLING me I'm WRONG they have been opened for a week and the rules changed so go back out there and make sure they are available I, I explained I have just returned from out there as I needed the bar code to purchase the unit, it's 100 degrees out side and I'm disabled can you beep them and be sure please then a man comes on the walkie saying yes they had them so I purchased the units I go drive around the back of the building to pick them up and they are all damaged after someone out there told them they had them and it's available now I have to return inside and return the doors I just purchased, then the women that was handling me gave my return to a new lady that did not know how to do a return, while she acted like she was doing something "she was not " walking back and forth is not doing something she let that lady struggle for 15 minutes then had to find another lady to help her cause the first lady was not wanting to do her job!! took me 30 minutes for a return 30 minutes to buy said item, all this aggravation could have been avoided if everyone did there job I served their company over 1 hour of my time for their mistake very upset now I just wait for my refund to return to my card then I can get what I need very disappointed get you stuff together people your a team and don't be rude to your customers that are there to buy items from your store, don't be lazy or push your job on another employee it's like all of you kept referring me to other employees that knew nothing it's like a big circle circus you sent me on."
