We had a tight schedule and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. The small group was excellent and they made sure everyone got the best views of the manatees. "I waited months for this experience, and expectations were high! Carrie and her team exceeded any and all expectations! What a wonderful group of people who truly love what they do and the manatees they are around. Carrie was an exceptional guide, funny, knowledgeable, and so kind and caring! Captain Cory and Captain Tyler were also amazing, funny and comforting and knowledgeable! Carrie and her team made sure all members of our family were comfortable and made sure and helped us swim when needed and get back to the boat. She truly was so kind and caring and helped with any anxiety! Carrie made sure we were away from major crowds and surrounded by dozens of manatees! The pictures taken were perfect and we had so much fun shopping in the gift shop after. Thank you for a morning of memories we will carry for a lifetime! I could not have been happier with this experience!"

"We had the best time today snorkeling with the Manatees, and we're able to fulfill a life long dream for my daughter. Cory and Maddie were awesome as captain and guide and were able to get us to the manatees before the crowds arrived. It felt like we had the whole spring to ourselves. The staff at the store was very helpful and I highly recommend this activity over any amusement park. My kids wouldn't stop talking about how incredible it was and thanked me countless times for taking them. Now that's priceless! You will not regret this!"
