"No point in using this agency. You pay around $250 (by $250 I am saying the fee is not $250, But the total after you pay for the passport WITH the fee is $250) when you can be filling it out yourself at home and going to the post office and saving over $100. I guess if you want someone to take your photo right then and there (Navarro does it for around $12) and fill it out online for you (right in front of you versus you doing it yourself, which really does not save you time except your fingers don’t have to do the work) then sure go ahead and do it, but you are better off saving the money and handling it yourself. I tried it out because of the decent reviews online, but I should have left once she told me the price. I assumed it would’ve been handled better than doing it myself but it 100% WAS NOT. My mother submitted hers in the mail weeks AFTER mine and got it before me…. They don’t call for you if it is running late. Nothing. They charge a high fee to just fill it out for you and send for you (not worth it), but once you walk out of the suite, you are on your own."
