"Terrible not very friendly, also when it started thundering in the summer time the family couldn't be in the place. The office staff has to tell all the family that they had to leave and closing the place. Grown people that goes there with their family, the office staff, watches them like we were in day care. They need to come up with better solutions."

"Live here and pay monthly. So many rules. If I want to bring a guest they have to pay 5.00 per person every single time.. Very rediculous when as a resident I only come here once in a while. This clubhouse is geared for people with kids, they spend the HOA fees on catering to people with young kids. Would be nice to see some improvements for adults, other than shuffleboard and knitting club. They don't even play music by the pool. They cater to the very young or older resident they are forgetting the rest."

"Great place to relax and go to the pool. The gym is good but there are alot of machines. They could use some more free weights even just some more dumbbells and kettle bells"

"I live in Meadow Pointe III but my daughter takes soccer at the Meadow Pointe II Clubhouse. It is so much nicer than ours, it looks like they keep up with it a lot better. It also has a lot more to offer. The park is huge and has a sand area with a little digger for kids to play with. The pool is very large and has a small area that you could rent behind it with picnic tables and a grill. I was really impressed with everything they had to offer."
