"They like to play games. My wife applied shortly after we moved here, not known the 3 month residency requirement, which is not readily available information. She even took the USCIS eligibility test and it said she was eligible. The USCIS accepted the application and assigned her an interview date. This is an inexcusable oversight as my wife should have been alerted the her status of eligibility before any money was accepted. She should have then been told she was not eligible before assigning her an interview date. Completely incompetent people working here. They played with her and led her to believe she was eligible when she wasn’t."

"Tampa is probably fine if you can get in. The overall system is utterly useless. A green card renewal shouldn’t take 28 months and running after approval. Print the card…Zero efficiency and no help. I can see why people just walk across the boarder. Why bother trying to do it the right way."

"Try to come 30 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony is 20 minutes, and your family can not come with you inside. Don't forget to fill out the form, and do not get sensitive if someone inside the building is having a bad day."
