"Despite it's on a first come first serve basis, the process was fairly quick and the staff member was very knowledgeable and efficient. The delays arise when the individual(s) do not have the proper form filled out and so they need to sit there and complete it, which is definitely time consuming. I picked up the application at the local post office and went there with the completed form and the required proof for that application. They can take your picture there are well."
"Horrible customer service at this location. They have posted walk-in hours for passports in their website. It clearly says Saturdays and Sunday from 3-4:30pm. We get there on Saturday at 2:30pm and they just said they’re not doing it today. No explanations at all. They just said “we’re not doing it today”. I guess they decided to take the rest of the day off. I don’t understand why is always government employees the ones who want to do the least possible effort."
"I'm really sad that I didn't ask the gentleman who took care of us for his name. He was really kind and nice. We'd filled out the application prior to arriving, but since I printed the documents the wrong way, we had to redo them. But he was absolutely fab, and even pointed out a few things I'd missed. The whole appointment was supposed to take an hour, but he had us in and out of the office in 45 min. (There were four of us) I would just advice anyone doing their passports, to get the photos done somewhere other than the office. It's $30 per photo at the office, we had them done at a local photographer for four people, and the total cost was $50 for four, instead of $120. Just make sure when you go, if you're using the GPS, you need to turn right immediately after the traffic light, otherwise, it'll send you to the depot's parking lot. :)"
"It’s supposed to be appointment only. Had an appt for 3pm. Got there on time and there are 4 groups of people ahead of us. Some with multiple family members. Only one employee on duty and she was so slow. We waited 30 minutes and then ask one of the people waiting what time their appointment was. They said 2:00pm and it was now 3:30. We finally walked out. Will have to try another office at another time. Will never use them again."
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Made an appointment almost two months in advance. Got to office for said appointment 15 minutes early. Office was closed and the entrance was nearly blocked off due to sidewalk construction. USPS next door stated that the agent left for the day and they didn’t have enough people to call people with appointments to reschedule. They also gave us a print out with incorrect information on it (as verified by other passport agency location). Do not recommend making an appointment here."
