"Ordered a square D breaker to come in on that next Monday. It didn’t come in on that Monday nor did I receive a phone call. I called on Tuesday and talked to Matt, who the order was placed with, and he put me on hold to check status. After being on hold quite some time the phone hung up. I called right back this time John answered. He said that Matt wasn’t there and went to the bank. Told him I was on hold with Matt and asked why Matt would leave me on hold and leave the building? Anyway, canceled the order and they charged my account anyway!!! Had to call back and get refund. Still waiting for that. Would never recommend this company."
