Expensive if they have to deliver. But the price of everything is high now. So it's better if you are able to pick it up."

"Joe at this location completely ruined my job and Sunbelt experience. I reserved a lift for labor day weekend at noon. He called me back at 4:48pm and said it was "down" and not available. So, by the end of the call I had 7 minutes left to call around. I checked with him this morning and he gave me a different story and said it wasn't returned yet. I will NEVER attempt business with Sunbelt again and will definitely try to sway all my contractor friends to take thiers elsewhere too!"

"I have done business with this branch for years and had decent service. I’ve continued to give my business to this location even when there are locations closer to my job site because I believe in being loyal. Today I contacted them to rent a piece of equipment that I just return. The Lady I spoke with informed my they were unavailable. I informed her the last time I rented this exact piece of equipment from this location they shipped it to me from Jacksonville. She then reiterated that the equipment was unavailable and on back order for the unforeseeable future. I hung up and called Jacksonville and will be having the piece of equipment I requested delivered to my job site on Monday the 18th. That is correct customer service, this lady needs to be re-motivated by upper management it appears since she is giving misinformation because she doesn’t care to put in the work. Good luck moving forward guys."
