"I'm not sure how to clearly rank this company as of yet. I called in this morning to get a price on concentrated sealer and the specs. When I asked what the coverage was per gallon the first girl told me that I needed to drive there and talk to someone in the yard they would have a better understanding of that. I live 37 miles away! When I simply asked about the specs for coverage again, she came back and told me we have to cut the product by up to 40%. That's not what I asked. Then a second woman got on the line with attitude and told me that there were many variables to consider. I told her I understood that but I could not do a bid without knowing general coverage specifications. So she informed me of a worst case scenario. However I did go on their website and hunted down the specifications that they both should know, and they both could have told me when I was pricing the sealer initially. Very disappointed that customer service does not know the general application coverage of the products that they're selling."

"Having issues with the coal tar turning white whenI its cold. We apply heavy and know thats part of the problem . Equiptment is fair priced for a guy walking in off the street. We sealcoat up north in summer and down south in winter and get our fair share of use of vendors. Just started using them last couple weeks ive notices issues with cold and "clay white""
