"Quick thank you note for outstanding customer service to Tony and Staff. Ordered some product and needed same day delivery. I chose to go with an exterior delivery driver to meet my schedule... Delivery driver did not count the product at pick up and was short just 4 pieces of crown molding. Since the delivery had been accepted and signed by the driver and not me as the owner I was caught in a jam. Called Masters and explained the situation. The delivery truck driver "NOT a Driver From Masters " was called and as he was the one who picked up the material and failed to check for that all was complete my 4 pieces of moldings were the delivered shortly. Tony reached out to the Driver and helped us with the problem. The cost for the 4 pieces of molding was relatively nothing but the customer service is worth a million.
