"The owner turns off the 'open' sign at 3:30 and I caught up to him driving away. I asked him what time they normally close and he says 4pm but he's got to cash in some checks so the thought process here is 'forget about this customer lugging around a baby, who came to the store within advertised operating hours'.. not a good first impression so I am not going to even consider purchasing tile from this store."
