"Don’t try calling.  The phone rings off the hook and no one picks up.  And  when they do answer you find your self talking to a pretty rude person not to mention they don't even give an answer to whatever questions you may have try getting a sample or just a picture of the material you want to purchase their answer is "I don't know is somewhere back on our warehouse""
