"My mom went to return something without a receipt, the cashier said she couldn’t do it so she called corporate. Corporate said she’d have to talk to the manager for an exchange. Next day she went in and the manager said she could and the same cashier told the manager not to give the exchange. Were very rude and unprofessional, I can’t grasp how you can keep your jobs after something like that. Goes to show how terrible this company is."

"Large store and well stocked but isles are blocked by full boxes of inventory. Very hard to move around in store. Store was busy, very long line at register since there was only 1 staff on the register (who was very rude). There was at least 4 other staff who knew there was a long line but didn’t jump on a register to help."
