When I asked the representative if I could speak, he flat out said, "no!" Very rude and unprofessional! Our roofing project began in July 2022 and wasn't completed until January 2023. Having a monopoly in the roofing supply industry in Florida doesn't give a company the right to be rude to its paying customers!"
