"Been to several Rocky's and this one is great. Nice team working there and very helpful. Always has the items we have needed and convenient hours. Lowes and Home Depot are not the small local hardware! Thanks for being here !!"
"This has to be the biggest and best Ace Hardware store I’ve ever been to. Huge selection and great employees to guide you to you the items your searching for. It’s a great store."
"Rip off artists! Irwin Hanson High Carbon Steel SAE Tap and Die Set 1 in. 12 pc Shop all IrwinItem #21607| Mfr #24612 46.99 online with ace. This store has the item unmarked to even know what the price is for 109.00. I wonder why these small places can't survive. The manager is to lazy to really figure out what the actual price is. Thanks for your help."
"Short Story... I bought a new Stihl Chainsaw which was defective at the time of purchase. After determining it was likely the ignition coil, I attempted to return it to the Stuart store for a refund. I told 'Mike' what the problem was and he asked if he could give it a try. Over a half hour passed at which time I told another employee even if he is able to get it started at some point, I don't particularly want that machine as it has had problems from the get go. I was never able to get the machine to start. The manager then came up to me and told me while I was waiting that I cannot return the saw at the store and would have to take it to a Stihl dealer to get fixed. I was confused as they had no problem selling me the machine, but when it was defective, they wanted nothing to do with it. So after over 30 minutes, 'Mike' couldn't get the saw started and brought it back out to me. I was still not clear on why they wouldn't take the item back that they sell in their store. I asked 'Mike' for clarification why I could not return a defective item I bought the day prior to which he responded "NOPE." So off I went with a broken saw and a refusal to take any ownership of the merchandise they sell. I now have to go to a third party vendor to fix a saw that never worked to begin with. Sad part is they have to enter my information for the warranty. I will report back once I find out if that was ever entered and how much I am out of pocket to get the saw working."
"Went into the store and have some keys made. Bob suggested I go to the other side of town to a locksmith because their new key machine was too much trouble. Thanks for nothing Bob. Wouldn't want to trouble you and ask you to do something that you get paid!!!"
