"I have been coming to this shop since I was a little girl. I no longer reside in Miami, so to travel how to receive bad service is unacceptable to me. I sat in the shop for about 3 hours. I wanted the pedicurist service a lady of her “kind” and reassure her that she doesn’t rush and she takes her time with the work she does. They passionately worked on her nails and feet for about 2 hours. I finally sat in the chair to soak and waited for another 30 minutes to be serviced. When it was my turn. my pedicure was completely in about 20 minutes…30 minutes max… I felt I was rushed and played over and the after work I received today I literally will never return back to this shop again. I have received nice work here but after today that was my last straw and I can’t see myself giving my money to someone who is not equal across the board."

"To be quite honest, the manicurist does a good job; however, they never open on time. Always have to wait outside before they come. They are quite rude, and price inconsistent. They definitely need to do better. Nail polish bottles are always dusty, they need to keep it cleaner. Been here 5 times, and still looking for someone to do as good a pedicure. Total shame, if only they were nicer, and punctual they might have a chance!"

"Nice people, REALLY GOOD PRICES, and good results too. Pedicure has to hurt a bit if you have ingrown toe nails. But the acrylic nails for the price are completely worth it. I came in early and didnt have any wait."
