"My wife recently had a haircut with Dominican Styles Salon. Upon returning home she noticed the back of her neck was cut uneven and looked very bad. While being serviced a family member was there socializing and causing a distraction. She will never return to this stylist again."

"Got my hair done (starter locs) by hair intuitions. I got home and have people telling me that the parts in the back of my head are crooked and uneven and oddly larger. Loc to part ratio seemed off. It looked like something I could have done myself. I contacted the stylist in her instagram first and told her that hair style was not very well done so I took them out and requested a refund. She then told me that it was stated on her website that she has no refunds, only can change the style. I looked through website and found nothing of the such, only the deposit was nonrefundable. I asked her to show me where it says that and she then said that since I already left, she will not give me a refund. She then gave me the contact number of the hair salon to finish the business, so I called three times and left two voicemails with no return. I called Phenix Suites and they told me that that is her business number and they could not help me because she just rents out a suite (I have no problem with them and the lady on the phone was great). I don’t understand why she gave me her business number when I was already talking to her and then proceed to not respond to me. I feel as if I have been given the run around. It wasn’t even the refund that became the issue; I had initially only asked for a partial refund that we could agree on. The problem became the making me chase my own tail, as she gave me a number and never responded in addition to lying about what policy she had on her website. She then changed her website after the fact. Very disappointed with the experience."

Marsha is a bright, bubbly sweetheart of a person and totally professional. You're in great hands with her! These pictures are me and my mother's before and afters.
