"I recently had a disappointing experience at Star Nails. During a refill, they attempted to charge me $90, which was far from the service I expected. When I questioned the disparity, the lady claimed it was better than what I showed in a picture, despite the evident difference. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the service and quality of work at Sky Nails, and I won’t be returning. I’ll be sticking with my nail tech for better service in the future."
"They just lost a customer. The lady that did my pedicure and manicure was very rude and unprofessional. First she was forcing me to do gel instead of regular and for the manicure another person has to do it again because she messed up. Every time I asked her to remove cuticles she said too much skin. Very unprofessional"

"The Nail techs are polite and do their job very well i’m always satisfied with my set. However, the receptionist is horrible. rude for no reason and overall unhelpful. And when trying to explain something to him he kept cutting me off and when i asked him not too he said he didn’t want to talk to me, and after continued to make sly remarks."
