"I have been a customer here for a little over a year despite the lack of customer service, they are extremely rude. The last time I went I had dip done. When I went into the machine that cures, I nicked my nail, it happens. Usually a tech will just fix it. I asked the tech to please fix it. She went on to yell at me that it's the way my finger nail is shaped. It absolutely is not, and this lady had done my nails many times in the last year. I showed the owner up front, who also has some my nails many times and she told me the same thing. She refused to help me explain to the tech that it needed to be redone and I basically was ridiculed in front of everyone about my the shape of my nail. Embarrassing, so I paid and left. 3 days later all my nails polish chipped off. The place is not only garbage, the staff treats you like garbage. The product the use is garbage."

"I’ve been coming to Luxury for years and I am always happy with the service. They do a really good job with both manicures and pedicures. They also accept walk ins which is super nice if you have a busy schedule, and I’ve had a lot of the techs already and they are all great! I definitely recommend checking them out :)"

"I read the previous reviews this place has received and I have to disagree. I’ve been a client for over 1 year and they’ve always kept a consistent quality. My gel nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more. I’m a picky customer and I’ve never left their salon disappointed or unsatisfied. The place has always been clean and organized. I’ve been to other salons where they refill OPI and DND nail polish bottles with cheaper and of lesser quality nail polish - that’s has never been the case here. You can always pick your color from the color palette and it’s exactly the same. Maybe this is not the place if you want to become best friends with your nail technician because they are all very serious and quiet, but they’re professional and knowledgeable about their craft. I’ve mostly done my nails with Kim (my favorite), but Kat, Spider and Nina have done my nails too and they’re just as great. The place is always busy, which is a sign that proves that they’re very good at what they do. They always try to accommodate for walk-ins. I just find very unfair that people only write reviews to complain but never to recognize a good service. Being blunt and serious, doesn’t mean you’re rude. Nobody shouldn’t expect them to be subservient just because they offer a service."
