"I usually do my eyebrows with Lieu, she wasn’t there yesterday and they had this random lady come in and do them. Didn’t even ask me if I would be fine with it. She basically man handled my face and botched my eyebrows. One came out shorter than the other and she even raised it! It looks Super retarded, I was so mad I asked lieu’s husband if he thought that was ok and he said they look fine (which they didn’t). That is super disrespectful, if you don’t know what you are doing I don’t think you should’ve even tried. Could’ve told me lieu isn’t in today to do them come back some other time. This is some bodies face you are dealing with. Sad to say I have my whole family doing their nails here and after this we will never come back! Bad management and bad employees."
