"do not waste your money here i went in and got a black french tip with gel and my nails are so bulky and i bled im livid no one would fix my nails and the original shape was coffin they are so bulky that they now look square shaped do not trust the google review go with yelp instead update: because i was rushed my gel dint get to set all the way and it peeling up update number 2: they wouldnt give me a refund they said there is only the option to fix it i just wish there was some signage that said that before i went back for one update 3: my toe is now scabbing over because of the pedicure i had was so rough :("

"The quality is not there, from customer service to actual services. I walked in on a very slow Thursday afternoon and the two girls at the reception area could barely get off their phones to acknowledge me. Then I was cut during the pedicure cuticle trimming, scratched during the shin/calf massage. My toenails are filed uneven and my gel manicure was rushed. The gel polish began to chip just two hours after I left the salon. It was all around not a relaxing pleasant experience. I feel like I wasted my money. Will not be coming back here again. Update: It’s been five days and the polish has cracked so horribly on the majority of my nails. Not to mention my cuticles look tortured. I’m really disappointed with the service I received. Update #2: A week after my services and I had to remove the gel manicure because it chipped and cracked so horribly, it looked sad. DEFINITELY will not be recommending I-Nails to anyone ever."
