"Probably the worst dip powder manicure I’ve ever gotten. My medium length nails look bulky and fat and the powder is stuck to my skin, not my actual nails. I verbalized this as the lady was doing them but she kept ignoring me and saying “just wait”. Well they’re unacceptable and now it looks like I have press-on nails on."
"The gentleman who did my gel full set ignored my small talk, which is fine. They charged $5 extra for “almond” shaped nails. I could tell that the acrylic was bumpy and uneven but I didn’t complain because it was my first time there. I paid $45 for a full set with gel nail polish and in 5 days, three nails had popped completely off and by day 7, every single remaining nail was lifting. Complete waste of money for an awful quality manicure. I wouldn’t go back even to let them fix it because I know the manicurist would ruin my nails removing the acrylic nails."
"My nails are always perfect when leaving here! My gel lasts at least 2 weeks and sometimes more! They pay such attention to detail and take their time on each person. There is plexiglass between the nail tech and client at all times, and salon is never crowded. Very spaced out!"
