"Our kitchen was ruined by Osmany. After meeting with them to discuss every cut and discussing the importance of accuracy, they managed to cut the slab incorrectly and we lost 7 slabs of natural stone. In our powder bath, the marble looked like it had been cut by a child with uneven edges. Then when they got to the master bathroom, we had 3 sections of marble counters and on the 3rd section they used an entirely different product that was not purchased by us or even remotely matched what was installed on the other two sections. It was a complete disaster and they were removed from our project. I’d like to think this was an isolated incident, but we know two other homes in the TB area that were also botched by this vendor."
