"I requested for a light burgundy and was given an extremely deep dark color and when I complained I was told “people see colors differently” no sort of remorse or even compensation. The color was also not neatly applied. The nail on the right was my insp and the left was what was done for me ."

"They have good customer service. I guess due to very poor products used to do the nails great customer service but very poor quality in their products. Exactly why I don’t allow everyone to do my nails I got my nails done Thursday 11/30 here it is 12/5 and all my nails are popping off. They apply the foundation anyway when the key to having your money worth is to have for one good products and secondly how u apply your foundations… NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN LIKE THIS also i had to push my own cuticles back due to the acrylic being applied on my cuticles rather my nail bed and cuticles not even cut"

"best nail salon in south fl!! every time i come here i leave happy. they can do literally any design you want and it always looks amazing. my nails last forever too! only place i’ve been to that i’ve never had any issues with my nails breaking or lifting. the staff is very kind and always checks with you to make sure the color, length, shape, and design are right. love this place and would recommend it to anyone. thank you all again, you’re the best!
