"Do not waste your time and money here! I have visited a few times, only to find that there are usually only one or two people present and I have to wait for some unknown reason. My last manicure was a disaster - my cuticles were full of nail polish and, when I asked if they could clean it, the lady said it would go away when I showered. I paid an outrageous $70 for this subpar service. What kind of establishment is this? The pedicurist is also inadequate, as the nails are always in terrible shapes and sizes. The lady working there is often rude as she has difficulty understanding English."
"Made an appointment drove 1 hour when I got there waited 15 minutes when i asked if he was taking any longer , he said he was finishing up a customer but if I wanted to leave to you ahead. So I did. And called him and told him how poorly he handled it. This is not a Drs office where you make 5 appointment at the same time ! Horrible because I’ve been going there for the last 3 yrs and obviously drove that far because i used to like the service. . Not sure if it was a language barrier."
"Please go elsewhere!!! Messy disgusting service. Complete waste of time and money. They were so horrible I politely ask to remove messy gel dip paid for an unpolished pedicure that was done first and left. Oh yeah they charge $5.00 to use the gel curing uv light. Otherwise you have to air dry."
"My wife was there 6/22 service was ok, all she got was her nails painted. So when it was done she was going to tip the gentleman $5 (cause all she got was her nails painted) her nails where wet so she gave a $20 and told him to drop the $15 in her purse. After leaving g and checking her change she realized he only returned $10. It's not about the $5 it's about the principle. HE STOLE."
"I called for an appointment to make my nails today, but I was told that there were no appointments right away. I was nearby so I decided to stop by without an appointment. The shop was almost empty - only one customer being helped. I was helped right away and had my both a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure job was acceptable, but the manicure was not good - lots of failures. In addition, they charged me for a lot of extra things - the final price was $60.00. Not coming back again!"
