"i never leave bad reviews and im usually very understanding but this place did not do a good job. I tried trusting the process but it just got worse. my nails were crooked and looked like i did them myself, there was nail polish on my skin around my nails, and overall they looked horrible. I came back 15 minutes later asking for a refund. The guy told me no refunds and said my nails were fine. I was very polite and told him i disagreed and would like my money back. He told me all they can do is fix them. All the lady did was clean off the polish and filed them. They still looked horrible so i kindly asked her to take the nails off and thanked her for her time. She said no and said “they look fine” but i still wasn’t satisfied. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one as well."

"So my nail place was closed so I came here because it’s closer to my house, never again. First of all, I have never heard someone say the color you choose won’t be the same as what you see. That is the case with a majority of their nail polish. I picked purple for my toes and got black. So I had to switch that color. I showed the lady the pic of the nail color I choose and said seventy she got 17. I can’t tell in powder their is no sparkles because it’s POWDER. Instead of owning to the mistake the lady says I should have known and said I said 17. I don’t have an accent and I pointed to the right one 3 times. Maybe if she was paying attention. Furthermore, their dip is much higher than places around they charge 50 when majority of places around charge 40. See photos of all the colors that can go wrong and the 70 that turned to a darker pink and 118 that I chose but got a dark purple. Bad service, horrible communication. Updated to add what # 70 and 118 turned out like, see the clear difference between what was advertised vs reality. Reveals their products are cheap and lack quality, thus the erroneous color palate shown, and they charge more than upscale nail salons such as toi nail spa"
