"Did my Valentine’s Day set on 2/9 and by 2/14 I have two nails lifting and my pedicure is chipping. Reasonably priced at $127 for a full set and pedicure but I expected it to last at least one week. The design is so cute and done well but unfortunately the overall quality of work was very poor and I will not be returning."

"I have gone to this nail salon a handful of times, and it's really hit or miss with the quality, as you can clearly see in the images that I provided. My last visit was on Sunday, 12.03.2023, and it will be the last time I give them my money. The reason being they did an unbelievably awful job on my nails. You can look at the pictures of the white nails to see for yourself. They wanted to charge me $75 for a full set, that they didn't even paint with any polish other than a clear coat. You can see that the nails have spaces where there is no color, and all they would do is discount $10. This was one of the worst experiences. Especially when I originally went in for a fill, and they suggested I do a full set. This was the second time I went for a fill and they said I needed to do a full set, which both times I didn't need a full set, but went against my better judgment and listened to them thinking they were professionals, and later regretted it. In my opinion they suggest you need a full set instead of a fill because it will cost more money... Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me... Furthermore, they advertise that if you tag them on Instagram, they will give you $5. I tagged them on multiple occasions, and when I mentioned it, they gave excuses, and they did not honor their advertisement. The last time I tagged them was when I got the black nails (images also provided), and after that, I am no longer able to access their Instagram page... Weird, right?!? Nevertheless, I highly recommend finding another nail salon because this one has bad customer service and has horrible business practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"Chase nails is my place of refuge when I need a fresh idea of expressing myself. I always si with Sony to do my hands and sometimes my feet. He is creative, and talent just comes naturally once I lay out my ideas. They have great customer service and a clean environment. My daughter's got their nails polished on our last visit as well. Gel polish for kids is 15.00."
